Timely Kenya is pleased to announce the release of its Top 20 Most Impactful Women in Kenya survey, a study that highlights outstanding women whose work continues to shape the country socially, economically and culturally. The survey was purely sponsored and independently conducted by Timely Kenya and was commissioned eight months ago, during which our research team consistently monitored and evaluated women’s activities in leadership, influence, and impact across different sectors nationwide. This year’s list features distinguished leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and public servants, including: Wavinya Ndeti, Truphena Muthoni, Stella Atambo, Peninah Ngina, Nancy Gathungu, Mwanaisha Hamadi, Pauline Njoroge, Evelyn Cheluget, Eunice Mamito, Moesha Kay, Monica Kathono, Joan Nyambura, Pamella Sittoni, Damaris Muriithi (Dama wa Spares), Everlyne Bowa, Florence Akinyi (Mama Dota), Crystal Asige, Norah Muendo (Baby Nila), Mary Muthoni, and Rukiya Mohammed. Throughout the study period, Timely Kenya observed that many women across the country are performing exceptionally well in their respective fields. However, due to the competitive nature of the process and the need to maintain a strict selection threshold, not all deserving candidates could be accommodated. The women who made it to this final list competed strongly and distinguished themselves through measurable achievements like for instance, societal impact, resilience, leadership qualities, relevance to youth, culture and positive public perception earning their place among the top 20. Timely Kenya congratulates all the honorees and reaffirms its commitment to documenting, amplifying and celebrating women’s leadership and excellence in Kenya.
